Welcome to OSINT Exercise #029!
Task briefing:
I took the photo on the right whilst riding a train in the UK. I always prefer quiet areas where no one can sit behind me because, in a public space, no information is truly private.
Your task is to:
a) Uncover what the person in front of me was reading.
b) Identify the train model.
c) Identify my seat number.

- The link you sent me was incorrect or incomplete.
- The walkthrough was hosted on a platform that tracks viewers (e.g, LinkedIn).
- I suspected AI was heavily involved in the production of your walkthrough.
- I suspected the walkthrough was written primarily by following my video rather than your original work.

Why do some walkthroughs have a star in front of them?
The golden star emojis were introduced on the second year anniversary of OSINT Exercises. I use it to highlight walkthroughts that I feel stand out and deserve extra recognition for quality, originality, or depth.
You can read more about the reasoning behind my decision in blog post: “Two Years of OSINT Exercises: The Importance of Community Learning.”
